Applications to join the Nice Moves Board in 2026 are OPEN!

We have an amazingly supportive, ungatekept community for animation in this area… but it only stays that way if we work to keep it thriving and accessible without fees. Join a team of artists dedicated to supporting the local Minnesotan industry and surrounding areas. (Plus, as a board member, you’ll get a vote on how we guide our ship forward.) We accept board members of all creative backgrounds and levels of experience–  but most importantly, those with a deep and passionate love for seeing their fellow artists thrive and getting together as a community!

Participate in committees that help plan events, engage social media, facilitate mentorships, and of course help grow and highlight our local industry in MN! Freelancers, Studio Directors, Creative Directors, Students, VFX Artists, Illustrators, Animators, Motion Artists, Game Developers, Graphic Designers and everyone in between are all invited to apply using the link here: Apply to be a Nice Moves Board Member.
